Lords View One

Lords View One, a prestigious residential building overlooking St John's Wood Road and Lord's Cricket Ground in London NW8, recently underwent an exciting transformation. The project involved designing and manufacturing the exterior facade panels for four new three-bedroom duplex penthouses. These luxurious penthouses were added atop the existing 11-story building, requiring a facade system that was lightweight and visually cohesive with the structure.

To minimize additional loading, the team selected our Cristolite™ lightweight facade system. This ensured the penthouses did not compromise the stability of the existing 11-story building.

Fine-bush hammered Moleanos was chosen for the stone veneer. This material complements the horizontal features of the existing facade, ensuring a seamless integration between the new penthouses and the original structure. The hammered finish on the Moleanos stone provides a robust, textured appearance that harmonizes beautifully with the building's architectural style. This thoughtful choice of material allowed us to create a facade that enhances the building's aesthetic appeal while maintaining structural integrity.
